Winning a Community Renewal Fund bid for an enterprise programme

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA), working with business support provider YTKO, wanted to secure an award from the Community Renewal Fund money to fund an innovative enterprise programme promoting enterprise in disadvantaged communities. Working with collaboration partner Metro Dynamics, PolicyDepartment played a substantial role in the bid team, developing the business case, building the financial model and drafting the application. The bid won £2.5m, the single largest of 471 awards from the Fund.
