Principles for a safe restart of the UK economy

In the first weeks of the pandemic, the British Chambers of Commerce needed a credible, principled position on how the UK economy could restart safely, to advocate to government on behalf of business. PolicyDepartment contributed the principle-based framework for a phased, safe re-opening of the UK economy, at the heart of the BCC's COVID-19 recovery plan, which was published as the BCC's principles for a safe restart of the UK economy.
