Monitoring and evaluation design for business support bootcamps

Enterprise Nation needed to monitor and evidence the impact of its bootcamp business-support programme. PolicyDepartment designed the monitoring and evaluation approach: a participant engagement plan, surveys for different stages of ex-ante and ex-post check-in, application forms and onboarding for data capture for outcome measurement and reporting. These let the programme measure outcomes and evidence its impact for the remaining cohorts.
