Investment pipeline, devolution and strategy advisory

Ahead of a milestone year for English devolution, the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) needed flexible, senior support to develop its database of strategic investment opportunities for its region. PolicyDepartment provided a flexible advisory package: refining and challenging investment projects and helping to build a rolling “investment pipeline”; supporting devolution propositions and cross-authority workstreams; turning evidence into briefings and board-ready pitch presentations. The pipeline work fed the authority's Local Growth Plan foundations.
