Digital skills evidence for the South Yorkshire LSIP

As the designated Employer Representative Body for South Yorkshire, Doncaster Chamber needed a robust, employer-led evidence base, with a particular focus on digital skills, for their region’s Local Skills Improvement Plan. PolicyDepartment analysed current digital skills needs and gaps and the digital skills likely to be most in demand over the next decade, including automation risk, set up the analytical frameworks for the employer survey and interviews, processed the results, and produced draft priorities and provider-engagement materials, before finalising the evidence base for submission to the Department for Education.
