A survey-based study of technology adoption and productivity

As part of the private-sector Tech Hub partnership, Enterprise Nation wanted to quantify the productivity case for small businesses adopting technology and to understand the barriers. PolicyDepartment designed and analysed a survey of small, medium and micro business leaders, and wrote a media-ready report with recommendations for the tech industry, government and business. Delivered as the published report 'Time is money', it quantified the time businesses could save through better technology adoption and mapped the pockets of low adoption holding them back.
