A survey-based study of small business technology adoption

Enterprise Nation, with a corporate sponsor, wanted to understand how the pandemic had changed small businesses' relationship with technology and to make the productivity case for adoption. PolicyDepartment scoped and designed the research, ran a literature review, designed and analysed a survey of small business leaders, drafted the report with recommendations, and supported the media launch. The published report quantified the time businesses could reclaim through better technology adoption and identified the pockets of low adoption holding them back.
