A review of the Growth Works business-support programme

As a major business-support contract drew to a close, the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) needed an independent interim evaluation of the programme and a strategic review of the wider enterprise-support system. PolicyDepartment ran the evaluation and the forward-looking review: assessing performance and additionality, mapping provision against strategic objectives through around one-to-one consultations and a beneficiary survey, and setting out a clear, mapped set of options.
