A business-support review and action plan

As part of its economic recovery strategy, the City of Wolverhampton Council wanted a clear narrative on its business and sectoral opportunities and a review of how well the local business-support offer met them. PolicyDepartment supported prime contractor Metro Dynamics in running a five-phase review: stakeholder consultation, a mapping of the existing support system against need, business and board engagement, a co-creation event, and a concise report and action plan that set out what to continue, stop, adapt and start.
