A business-led manifesto for a winning city

Doncaster Chamber wanted to develop a business-led manifesto and prospectus to revitalise the city and attract investment. PolicyDepartment supported the Chamber’s efforts in a four-stage approach: baselining the city's position, testing its trajectory, establishing shared priority ambitions, and shaping concrete actions and investment opportunities, crafting the content from stakeholder input including a business workshop. We delivered the published manifesto, 'Doncaster-35: A Manifesto for a Winning City', which was launched at the Chamber's annual business exhibition and has been used by the Chamber to track and champion progress.
