A best-practice review of enterprise support pilots

A family of Community Renewal Fund enterprise-support pilots, delivered across several areas, needed a process evaluation to understand how well they had been implemented and how the design could be improved. Working with collaboration partner Metro Dynamics which led the separate impact evaluation, PolicyDepartment led the process and best-practice review: building a composite logic model, comparing how features varied across the pilots, drawing out critical success factors and place-level learning, and setting out lessons for future delivery.
